As you plan for your spring 2021 event – you are also planning for the unknown. The good news is you have an auction/event partner that is well equipped to turn your fundraiser, if needed, into a virtual event. Kilbreath Auctions has been tirelessly working to create fun, engaging, genuine, and successful virtual events.
We are RAISING REAL MONEY – VIRTUALLY!
Most of our clients have seen increased revenue with their virtual events in 2020, making more than they did with their in-person event the previous year. And all events have exceeded viewership and donor registrations goals.
MY EVENT IS IN THE WINTER / SPRING, DO I NEED TO GO VIRTUAL?

Night-of planning session for our recent event LIVE on a football field!
We have had several clients turn their winter/spring 2021 events virtual. Some groups are still holding out for the return of their live in-person event. While I am hopeful, we will be able to do live in-person events, it might be smart to have a virtual component set up for your event. Even if we do not need to go full virtual there will be some guests/donors who would rather watch from home. Plus, if you have the virtual component set up, it will be an easy transition if we are forced to make that call.
THINK OF THE FUTURE & THE FUTURE WILL BE LIVE STREAMED – Live streaming and virtual components should be a part of your plan for future events. Expand your reach, get bids form donors from out of town, or those who do not feel comfortable attending. Expanded reach = more potential donors = increased revenue. We have a plan to include this aspect to your event when we are back live in front of your donors. Do not miss out!
We will follow all state recommendations and CDC guidelines for events…
- REMOTE VIRTUAL / RIGHT NOW
These are the types of events we have been doing since spring. Events with no one in attendance, and just a broadcast / livestream crew. We can broadcast from wherever you feel comfortable. In fact, a fall 2020 client wants me to do the event from my home, as we have done before. But locations are wide open, and we have done them on a football field and in a restaurant, among other locations. This model can be broadcast quality and can include pre-recorded and live elements.
- THE HUB & SPOKE MODEL (ALSO KNOWN AS THE HYBRID MODEL) / PHASE 3 and BEYOND
When we can have some guests in attendance, we can talk about house parties or a small main venue to hold your virtual event. A fall 2020 event is planning an event like this where we will broadcast from one their top donors’ houses and in the live broadcast we can toss to similar small parties throughout the city. This model can be broadcast quality and can include pre-recorded and live elements.
